The Challenge
Gala Events Malaysia organizes high-profile charity dinners and corporate galas, hosting 12 major events annually. They needed elegant donation boxes that matched the premium atmosphere of 5-star hotel ballrooms, plus secure lucky draw boxes with tamper-evident features. Previous suppliers delivered boxes that looked cheap under ballroom lighting and scratched easily during transport.
Our Solution
We engineered premium donation boxes using 8mm optically clear casting acrylic with diamond-polished edges that sparkle under event lighting. Each box features a secure lock mechanism, padded base inserts, and custom UV-printed event branding on the front panel. Lucky draw boxes include a sealed one-way slot and transparent viewing panel. We also designed a protective carry case system for safe transport between venues.
Results
