The Challenge
Warung Nusantara Group operates 15 contemporary Malaysian restaurants and was transitioning from laminated paper menus to a more premium presentation. They needed durable menu holders that could withstand daily restaurant wear, magnetic table numbers visible from the counter, and countertop promotional displays for seasonal items. Everything needed to be easy to clean and resistant to food and drink spills.
Our Solution
We designed a cohesive restaurant display system: A5 magnetic-close menu holders in smoke-tinted acrylic for a warm aesthetic, freestanding table numbers with weighted bases to prevent tipping, and A4 countertop easels for promotional cards. All items used food-safe acrylic with rounded edges for safety and included anti-fingerprint coating. We created a reorder system so new outlets get the same products with minimal lead time.
Results
"Our old paper menus looked tired after a week. The acrylic holders still look brand new after a year. The reorder system means opening new outlets is seamless — we just send the address and everything arrives ready."
